Once you have submitted this order, you are responsible for any additional fees to correct the monument if something is misspelled, misplaced or punctuation is incorrect if the monument is made. Frisbie Monuments is only held responsible if the monument looks different then the order in which you submitted. If we see a change need to be made to make the monument look better we will make the changes with out contacting you, if we feel there is big changes we have to make we will resent you a copy to approve, are goal is to give you the best looking monument.

Frisbie Monuments guarantees the monument to be free of defects that naturally occur. If we are installing the monuments Frisbie Monuments guarantees the foundation work to be free of defects. Our guarantee is that if you are not 100% satisfied with the outcome of your order, we will have the opportunity to fix the problem & if we can not fix the problem then we will refund 100% of your money back to you if we are installing the monument then we will refund you all your money , except for any accrued cost and foundation work. (Problems must be reported within 30 days after product is delivered)

By signing I certify that I am the plot owner. I assume all responsibility for any cost (legally/non-legally/financially/non financially)associated with the purchase/installation of a headstone due to not being the plot owner. I also understand that I am not to be present at the time the headstone is installed. I give Frisbie Monuments my permission to install the headstone into the cemetery in which I am the plot owner.

I’m certifying that I am the plot owner, I’m responsible for any cost incurred due to not being the plot owner.
